One-off pieces, made to fit

Custom Metal Work

Custom work is what happens when nothing off the shelf fits. An opening that is not a standard width, a stair with an odd rise, a bracket that has to clear something that is already there.

We build to your dimensions, in your material, for your opening — not the nearest catalogue size forced into place.

What the job includes

  • Design consultation and material selection
  • Fabrication to measured dimensions
  • Steel, aluminium, stainless and wrought iron
  • Finishing options including primer and paint prep
  • Installation and on-site adjustment

Where it gets used

  • Louvre screens and architectural facade metalwork
  • Service and dumpster enclosure gates
  • Code-compliant handrails and guardrails
  • Driveway, pedestrian and courtyard gates

Common questions

Can you match an existing piece?

Usually. Send photos and measurements of what is there. Older work sometimes uses stock that is no longer made, and we will tell you if an exact match is not realistic.

What materials do you work in?

Steel, stainless, aluminium and iron. Which one is right depends on where the piece lives — near salt air, that choice matters a great deal.

Do you paint or powder coat?

We prime and prepare for finish. For powder coating we coordinate with a coater, since it needs an oven the piece has to fit inside.

Tell us what needs welding.

Send drawings, photos or dimensions — or just describe it. We will tell you straight whether we are the right crew for it.
